Account deletion

Leaving the ball is as simple as joining it. This page explains how to delete your Kasual account and what happens to your data.

How to delete from the app

1. Open Kasual and tap your profile;
2. Go to Settings;
3. Tap Delete account;
4. Confirm. Done — no forced retention, no tricks.

No access to the app?

E-mail privacidade@kasual.app.br stating the phone number or the Apple/Google account used at sign-up. We'll confirm your identity and delete the account within 7 days.

What gets deleted

• Your mask: nickname, avatar and profile;
• All your photos;
• Your conversations and media;
• The biometric references from the liveness check — delete the account, delete the biometrics, as the LGPD requires;
• Your phone number or the link to your Apple/Google account.

What may be retained temporarily

• Access logs, for the 6-month legal period (art. 15 of the Brazilian Internet Framework — law 12.965/2014);
• Records tied to reports, ongoing investigations or legal obligations, for as long as the law requires — only the minimum necessary.

Couple accounts

Couple profiles are a single account: deletion removes the entire profile, including the verification data of both people.
