The liveness check won't pass. Now what?

Find a well-lit spot, remove sunglasses and hats, and follow the arrows with your face centered. If it keeps failing, write to support with your device model.

Who can see my face?

Nobody, until the moment you choose. In masked until match mode, your face is revealed only when both people match. In full mask mode, only in chat, when you allow it.

How do I report someone?

Every profile and every conversation has a Report option. Every report is reviewed. Situations involving minors have a dedicated channel: seguranca@kasual.app.br — see our child safety standards.

How do I delete my account?

Profile → Settings → Delete account. The full step by step — and what happens to your data — is at Account deletion.

Is my data safe?

Data minimization is our starting point: no real names, a verification video that isn't stored, photos private by default and screenshots blocked. Details in the Privacy Policy.
