Child safety standards
Last updated: July 19, 2026
Kasual is an adults-only (18+) app and maintains zero tolerance for any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This page describes our published standards against CSAE.
1. Minors don't get in
- Every account goes through age verification at sign-up, in line with Brazilian law (law 15.211/2025 — protection of children and teenagers in digital environments);
- Every account passes a liveness check — facial verification confirming the person is real and matches the profile photos;
- Accounts suspected of belonging to minors are suspended immediately and deleted after review.
2. Absolute prohibitions
The following results in an immediate, permanent ban:
- Any content, conduct or solicitation of a sexual nature involving anyone under 18, real or simulated;
- Grooming, harassment or attempted contact with minors;
- Sharing, requesting or threatening to share CSAE material.
3. How to report
- In the app: every profile and every conversation has a Report option. Child-safety reports get top priority in the moderation queue;
- By e-mail: seguranca@kasual.app.br — a dedicated safety channel monitored by our team.
4. What we do with CSAE reports
- We remove the content and suspend the account immediately;
- We preserve evidence for the legal period, with restricted access;
- We report to the competent Brazilian authorities and official channels such as SaferNet Brasil (safernet.org.br), cooperating fully with investigations;
- We permanently ban the people involved.
5. Compliance
We comply with applicable Brazilian laws — including the Child and Adolescent Statute (law 8.069/1990, arts. 240 and 241) and law 15.211/2025 — and with the child-safety requirements of the app stores (Google Play and the App Store).
